I recently updated toolkit version 2.1.4 to toolset 3.2.4 because I got a notification to update it and get a license, after installing and updating the license I got all the modules, post types and content in my page (galleries, sections...) have disappeared, I have no idea how to undo it and get back all my content.
Also Toolset is not showing on the wordpress admin.

Thanks in advance

Also, just right after installing it I got redirected to Manage Sites to choose a reference site to install, but I don't want to loose my theme and website..

Hello @juanS-7, welcome to the Toolset support Forum!

Could you please check if the Types plugin (and all toolset plugins that you are using) are enabled? IF not, please enable them and check if the data shows up.

To ensure the quickest and most accurate support, please provide your debug information so that I can get a look at some of your configurations. We have an excellent article on how to located here: https://toolset.com/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.
NOTE: Please be sure to check the box to indicate you can provide debug info and paste your debug info in the debug field provided, and NOT in the general response field.

Kind regards,
Diego

Hi there,

After enabling these plugins, the content is not available yet?

Which plugin exactly did you update (types, views, forms, etc)?
Did you do any additional steps after the update? (like importing some demo on the site).

Please try the following:
Enable the PHP debug and check if there is any errors on the error log. Please take a look at this link for more details: https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging - If possible, please send us the content of the error log.
Deactivate other plugins, switch to wordpress default theme and check if the issue persist

Please let me know if it worked for you.

Do you have a backup of the website before the update? This way we can try to reproduce the error.

All the best,
Diego

I directly got the license for Toolset Presentation, and then downloaded it and updated Toolset Types, so Toolset Views, Toolset Module Manager and Toolset Layouts just appeared for the first time in my admin window ( the previous version installed was Toolset 2.2.16. I think)
I disabled Toolset Layouts cause it asked me to choose a Reference for my Template.
I don't really know if the issue is because I updated too many plugins the same day so it crashed with my previous ones and also the way the theme is coded. The editor has also changed, but updating and submiting is not working, maybe this is because of WordPress new update.
I don't I have a backup yet, before this, the website was runned by external developers, so I still don't have access to the server in order to do the backup.

Thanks Diego, I hope you can help me cause I have no idea how to proceed with this issue.

Have you tried the steps suggested in the previous answer? We need to check the debug log.

If it does not work, please send us access to your WordPress dashboard (website URL, login and password) I'll check and do some tests. - Please use the private field to send the sensitive data - do not post if you do not see it.

It would be better if you give me a test site rather than the live site.

IMPORTANT Please backup a working copy of site files and database before.

Please tell us the slugs of the missing custom post post types and the exact information of the missing content. Please also install the ARI-Adminer (https://wordpress.org/plugins/ari-adminer/) plugin so that we can take a look at the database.

Kind regards,
Diego
