[Resolved] After replacing a backup, toolset blocks makes the site crash

I am trying to:

Use a backup

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: kunstwerken.art

I expected to see:

The website

Instead, I got: critical error. When I disable the toolset blocks plugin, the error disappears. All plugins are at the latest version.

When you say, you replace the backup, what exactly you replaced.

Have you copy the site from one domain to another domain?

No I deleted the website and installed it again from direct admin

Well - but what was the source of the site.

You should always use Duplicator or ALL in one WP migration plugin to install site from one domain to another or import the site.

To do the migration you can use one of these 2 plugins.

This wasn't a migration. I only placed back a backup copy, right from the direct admin software. The domain and server are the same.

That is strange. Do you have any caching enabled on your serer - if yes, what if you try to disable that.

Also, on what post/page you see critical error or you just do not able to access the whole site?

Hi Minesh,

No, no caching on the server side. We have a caching plugin on the website, but that's deactivated.

The critical error is on the whole site, front- and backend. It happens as soon as you activate the Toolset blocks plugin. 😔

What if you try to delete the existing Blocks plugin and try to reinstall the Toolset Blocks plugin and check if that help you to resolve your issue.
