I am trying to: I have a test site that I've exported the set up from to my new site: But there are errors that say please check credit form.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: the form to fill out by client

Instead, I got: error page

Actually when I cloned it I thought all the forms, categories, taxonomies, etc would be copied over. How can I make sure it is set up exactly the same when I move it over to new site? Please help.

Hello,

Please check these in your website:
1) Edit the post form "add-dog-for-sale", in section "Settings", option "Post type to create/edit" is empty
2) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Post types
There isn't any custom post types.

There might some broken data when you migrate your website, I suggest you follow our document to migrate the data:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-do-i-migrate-a-wordpress-site-from-one-domain-to-the-other/

#1183366

Hi, I'm not migrating my entire site, only the toolset portion. So I only want to export the set up how toolset was created and import to my current site. Here is my test site: hidden link. I want the toolset part to be just like this one.

What do you recommend me doing when I want to keep reusing the toolset created on my test site on other sites? I don't want to have to recreate and set it up over and over. The test site: hidden link is the one I want to keep using. Not the theme, etc, only the toolset part of the site.

In your case, you just need to export the Types setting files( Dashboard-> Toolset-> Export / Import) from your original website, and import it into your new website, this should be able to fix the form problem.

For the question:
What do you recommend me doing when I want to keep reusing the toolset created on my test site on other sites?
I suggest you try with the Toolset Module Manager plugin, Module Manager is a Toolset component that allows you to export and import Toolset elements. You will be able to reuse your work on different sites and also download ready-to-use modules from the Toolset Modules Library.
and here is a document about "Using Toolset Module Manager"
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/using-toolset-module-manager/

I've downloaded the module manager to both the sites. When I go to the new site to import the downloaded module file,
nothing will upload. I mean the button won't work. Everything else does, so its the button. Can you please check my site for me?

For new problem, please check the new thread here:

For the original question of this thread:
please try as I mentioned above:
you just need to export the Types setting files( Dashboard-> Toolset-> Export / Import) from your original website, and import it into your new website, this should be able to fix the form problem.
