I am really sorry to give you this feeling of coldness in support. But I am sure you will understand that I have to follow our support process that implies handling one issue per ticket.

Please note that Toolset suite is more than just a custom post types plugin:
- Toolset Types: Allows creating relationships between posts, which I can't find in any other plugin.
- Toolset Blocks: Allows customizing the design of all default WordPress pages(single post pages, archives using content templates and archive templates) and also to create custom queries on posts and taxonomies(Views)
- Toolset Forms: Allows creating/editing/deleting posts from the frontend.
- Toolset Access: Allows customizing the permissions models in WordPress.
- Toolset Maps: Allows using Goole or Microsoft Azure maps and offers geolocation capabilities(eg: distance search)
- Toolset WooCommerce Blocks: Allows building e-commerce sites with WooCommerce and Views.
- Toolset Forms Commerce: Add payment collection to Toolset forms.

We have also a dedicated documentation team that is always creating new documentation as simple articles or suits of lessons/tutorials:

Toolset plugins, also, allows extending it with custom code, check our developer documentation page https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/

Finally, I want to assure you that any member of the support team will do his best to help you with any issue or request regarding Toolset.
