This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: I would like to add tags to a User's profile.
Solution: There is currently no way to add taxonomies to User profiles with Types.

I'm trying to add tags to users. I need more than 1 "type" of tags to regroup stuff like "skills, roles, known technology, etc."
Is there any documentation that you are following?
I checked on your forums and Google, only thing I found that is remotely related to this is an old 2011 article

Is there a similar example that we can see?
Not that I know of... on the previous version of the website, the users were a CPT and the result can be seen in the attached screenshot. This is what we're trying to achieve.
