I am trying to: Add a site to register it for Toolset premium
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: https://toolset.com/account/sites/
I expected to see: A popup or some window to add my new site
Instead, I got: Nothing. The button appears to not work/do anything at all. I've tried on Firefox and Chrome, no luck.
Hi,
Welcome to Toolset support. Would you please clear your browser cache and test?
Or use a browser that you never checked the site with.
That should do the trick.
Thanks.
Hi Christopher,
I've tried clearing the cache, tried on 3 different browsers, on a private/incognito browser, as well as a separate computer/cellphone. None of the options work.
Hi there,
Any update on this? Seem to have exhausted any methods on my end, and the button is still not responsive, which means I can't register any sites and update the plugin, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards
Nathan
Hi Nathan,
Thank you. Would you please do as follows?

See if it works for you?
Hi Christopher,
I followed the instructions, still no luck. I even tried opening up a Chrome window from a temporary directory so that it was completely clean, no cache, profiles, or extensions. Still no luck.
I did notice in the inspector (which i checked after following the instructions, I did close it as guided before), when I try click the 'add site' button, a new error appears. This is the info it gives me:

Thank you. I reported this to our system team. I will get back to you as soon as I have an answer.
Thanks. We have identified an issue with our CDN cache distribution. That is why I can see the dialog box, but you cannot.
We still need some time to fix the issue, but I think we are on the right track.
I see, no worries at all, thank you for the assistance and working on the fix, I really appreciate it.
Please just let me know whenever it does manage to come right.
