Hello,

There isn't such a built-in feature within shortcode [wpv-login-form], you can add a feature request for it:
https://toolset.com/home/contact-us/suggest-a-new-feature-for-toolset/

And shortcode [wpv-login-form] supports WordPress built-in filter hook "login_form_bottom":
https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/login_form_bottom/

Some other reCaptcha plugins supports this filter hook too, for example:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-nocaptcha-recaptcha/

And others:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/reCAPTCHA/

You can try with one of them.
