[Closed] Add Field or View & Add Form button doesn't appear

While using WordPress Block Editor "Add Field or View" and "Add Form" buttons don't appear and when i'im click dedicated place nothing happens. I've checked this situation Safari on Mac and Chrome on Mac.

While using WordPress Classic Editor "Add Field or View" and "Add Form" buttons appear without icons and it looks like they're working.

While using both editor "Toolset shortcodes" button at the top of the page appears and it looks like it's working. I can handle with this top "Toolset shortcodes" button some things but feels like that I'm going to miss some other features in the way they supposed to be.

Note: This is my first time that I'm using Toolset and this the adaptation period to using WpBakery Page Builder less and Classic/Block editor more. I also examine Elementor page builder but not comfortable for me yet. By the way I'm using BeTheme, they just added compatibility with Toolset.

This is abnormal. No other user reported such issue and even I do not see such issue with my test site.

- Can you please make sure ALL Toolset plugins and WordPress is updated.
- In order to minimise the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict with third-party plugin or theme you are using:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? - Do you see any difference?

If no - I will require problem URL where I can see the issue and access details:
*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

Regarding your last note, I do not see any disclosed data, check my screenshot hidden link

And as a workaround, you can switch to the HTML view to be able to use the Toolset buttons. Check this screencast hidden link

But, to get to the bottom of this issue, I'll need to run several tests, and I might need to deactivate some plugins or switch the theme. Can you prepare a staging/test environment? Or allow me to take a Duplicator copy of your website and test it locally?

I'm at the beginning of building this site. That's why I'm free to start from scratch, this time I will install and activate just BeTheme and Toolset at first and check the issue then I'm going to continue to do other things and check the issue in every step again again. Probably this issue is one in a million situation, let me inform you about result. According to result we might going to evaluate other options.

I guess two in a million 🙂 I just installed clear WordPress, BeTheme and Toolset at new directory but issue still is there. It's annoying. I guess this message isn't private that's why I'm not add credentials of new installation. Here is screenshot

Please install the theme and the required plugins to reproduce the issue and I'll escalate it directly. I know, it can be a burden to reproduce the issue on a 3rd installation, but we'll need that.

Toolset Blocks
Toolset Access

My hosting is standart Godaddy Web Hosting

MySQL Version 5.6.47
PHP Version 7.3.17
PHP Memory Limit 256 MB
PHP Time Limit 180
PHP Max Input Vars 5000
WP Max Upload Size 32 MB

And I returned to work initial WordPress setup. But I'm curious about the situation. When you find out I'd like hear reason.

Hola Kutay,

I installed the BeTheme on the test site, I believe that we can work on it without registering it.
Please try to reproduce the issue and if you find your self stuck and required to register the theme, you may ask the theme authors to provide a temporary key for this test site just until we fix the issue.

Okay, i will try at first free time.

Yesterday I found another one. Maybe it's related and useful. Acces-control pen tool doesn't appear in Safari but there. In Chrome situation is same although there is border at least which indicates there is something functional. With this one I think I will definitely miss some functions sooner or later unless we handle the issue. I'll let you know when I'm reproduced issue on your installation.
