HI,

I have a site with toolset suite working fine on a development server. After migrating to my production server I am encountering problems. If I activate Layouts all of my CSS (theme and custom) goes away.

I also have migrated the site to a local server and everything works fine. This made me suspect configuration of the production server. I went through the requirements for toolset and configured the server accordingly but it did not change the problem.

The site is hidden link

Dear David,

How do you migrate your website?
There might be some broken data when you migrate your website, I suggest you follow our document to migrate your website:
How do I migrate a WordPress site from one domain to the other?

I migrated by zipping up the site files and exporting the database. Moved files and unzipped to new domain via ftp, imported database. Edited wp-config.php, performed search and replace via SQL query (per WordPress codex). It's basically the codex method the same as the one in the types page link you included above.

I think it might be a serialization issue. I forgot about that. In the past I have used Better Search and Replace, after migration, to deal with that. I will migrate again and use Better Search and Replace to see if that resolves the problem.

Thank you.

The migration issue was due to a serialization problem. Fixed with Better Search Replace. Activating the Layouts plugin is still breaking the site. I am not using Layouts as of now so I am keeping it deactivated.

Thanks,
Dave

I checked again the problem URL you mentioned above:

But can not find the similar problem you mentioned in screenshot:

Is this problem resolved, if you still need assistance for it, please try this:
1) Deactivate other plugins and switch to Toolset starter theme, and test again.
2) If the problem still exists, please provide a copy of your website, I need to test and debug it in my localhost:

Sorry, I think when you checked out the site I had already deactivated the Layouts plugin, which fixes the problem. I have no plan to use the Layouts plugin for this project so I am going to mark this as resolved. Thank you!
