Tell us what you are trying to do?
I want to use repeater field group with accordion.
1. field = title
2. field = content
And with repeaterfield make multiple accordions

Is there any documentation that you are following?
didn find any solution what fits to toolset blocks?

Toolset do not have accordion block but we have integration of dynamic sources with other plugins as you can see with the following Doc and those plugins offer accordion block:

If you want to go with legacy version of views:

To enable the legacy view, you should try to follow the following Doc:
