I think its best I took a copy of this site to test here locally.
There is definitely something wrong with setting the permissions.
I will be installing the duplicator plugin to grab the copy.

Hi Luca,
I was able to create the copy of the site.
So your initial issue of the products not showing up was being caused by our Layouts plugin. If you disable it the products show start to show up as intended.
The access permissions started working as well.
What I will be doing is to escalate your ticket for further debugging by our team as our Layouts plugin should not be causing any conflicts.
Did you perhaps created any layouts for this page in the past ?

After multiple testing I've escalated your ticket for further debugging by our 2nd tier supporters to see if they can see what exactly is the issue between Layouts and Access.
