I am using Toolset Access to show or not my pages (I use wordpress and the woofice theme.) If I activate access the plug in does not show some pages, for example the "confirm account activation" page does not show the contents of the email.

Hi, I don't have access to that theme so I'm not able to test this out. Can you upload a copy of the theme to Dropbox or Drive so I can download it and run additional tests?

Okay I'm not able to see the problem immediately on my local test. May I log in to your site? I would like to make a clone of the site using the Duplicator plugin so I can run some additional tests without affecting the live site. If you approve, please provide login credentials in the private fields here.

Can you tell me how to find the "confirm account activation" page in wp-admin? Can you tell me any other page that is not visible?

#1231887

Ho,
For example the profile pages offriamo "non-admin".
Try this:
Tecnico test
mariolino1234

Also the product category, like this, with the above account are not ok (try the difference with admin):

If i change the "manuali tecnici" per missioni For "installatori libro" (Tecnico test ROLE) You sede this Page ok...

Strange Things 😀

#1232012

(sorry, my iPhone try to use Italian words...)

"offriamo" is "of"
"per missioni" is "permission"
"You sede" is "you see".

Hope you solve my problem, thanks in advance.

Hi Luca,

Not sure what is happening why you products are not showing up.
What you can try doing is to remake this role and use the Author role as a base.

This should allow your products to start showing up under this role.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Luca,

I believe this is a similar issue to this ticket here:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/i-do-not-understand-logic-of-access-plugin-work/

As per my recommendation to this customer, could you try using the User Role Editor plugin to set the permissions for this while we investigate the issue further.

Thanks,
Shane
