Hi Ronald,

Yes I checked on your ticket for you and it seems they have identified the exact issue.

It seems to be caused by corrupt values in the database. Our team has escalated it to our developers as a bug as it needs fixing.

However there is an erratas page setup for this.
https://toolset.com/errata/cannot-delete-posts-using-a-non-administrator-user-if-there-is-an-access-post-group/

So any updates of when this is fixed will be posted here. I will also be monitoring the tickets fo any updates.

Thanks you for your patience while we are handling this issue.

Thanks,
Shane

Shane, just an FYI. My hosting company (WP Engine) removed the Duplicator plugin from the dev site yall cloned. Its on their restricted plugins list which gets removed after 7 days apparently. I hope yall got what you needed from that plugin!

Hi Ronald,

Yes I've already provided our 2nd tier supporters with the copy of the site and the required information to get this fixed.

Hi Ronald,

I've gotten word from our team that this issue has actually been fixed in our next release, Access version 2.8.1.3

This should resolve your issue once it has been released.

Thanks,
Shane
