Access control pen icon does not appear on Safari and Chrome

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Okay, i will try at first free time.

Yesterday I found another one. Maybe it's related and useful. Acces-control pen tool doesn't appear in Safari but there. In Chrome situation is same although there is border at least which indicates there is something functional. With this one I think I will definitely miss some functions sooner or later unless we handle the issue. I'll let you know when I'm reproduced issue on your installation.

Hello Kutay,

For support rules, we need to handle only one issue at a time. This helps us to bring you a better service and also helps other users to find all the information here exposed. For that reason, I have created this ticket.

This seems a similar ticket, it has something to do with compatibility, please check if this issue appears when:
- Only Toolset plugins are activated. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with another plugin.
- The theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Fourteen. It will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme.
If the problem disappears, start activating one at the time to track where the incompatibility is produced.

If it is, indeed, a compatibility conflict, please try to reproduce it on the test server, and I'll escalate it to our compatibility team too.
