The Free Toolset Types as in https://toolset.com/home/types-manage-post-types-taxonomy-and-custom-fields/ is determined to be deprecated by end of 2018:

It is therefore not suggested (especially since you are owner of a Toolset License), to use the Free Toolset Types.

Correct, end of 2018 the Free Types plugin stops being supported.
Toolset as you own it thru your Agency License will be kept supported.
