about sandbox - Toolset

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

What if you navigate toL Toolset => Post Types and edit your desired post type and set the editor preference to classic editor and save the post type.

May I know about what sandbox you talking about. Please share sandbox login URL as well as problem URL.
