Hi,

We recently moved servers, everything else works apart from this one view which is supposed to display events, I have compared everything between the old hosting site and the new site but cannot figure out what is wrong.

The new site not displaying the view: hidden link
The old site which displays the view: hidden link

Access to both sites is the same at /wp-admin

Can you kindly fix this for us? Thank you.

Daniel

Hello,

It is not safe the share the credentials publicly, I have edited your thread to remove the website credentials.

I can see the problem in your website, please check these:
1) Edit any one of the post view you mentioned above, for example:
hidden link
In section "Query Filter", you are using below taxonomy filters:
Select posts with taxonomy:
Event Types in one of these: Event
AND
Event Categories in one of these: ANA Event

2) But there isn't any Event Types and Event Categories terms in the new website:
hidden link
hidden link

So it is expected result, both post view output same result: No items found

It should be a problem when you migrate your website, some data lost, I suggest you follow our document to migrate your website:

Hi,

Thank you for taking a look.

If I needed guides on migration, I would have used your knowledge base or searched Google, we have moved 62 websites that use Toolset successfully, and had no problems but had a problem with only this view. The reason for taking the time to contact you is so you can provide a fix and exactly pinpoint the issue. These are live sites and the live site keeps getting updated every hour. so trying to migrate again is ruled out. Is there anything you can do to help in fixing the issue, please?

Kindly request you to assist us.

Regards,
Daniel

Please try these:
1) Check it in the old version website:
hidden link
hidden link

There are terms in both taxonomies "event-type" and "event-category", and posts are assigned to those terms.

2) Check the new version of your website:
hidden link
hidden link

Both taxonomies "event-type" and "event-category" are empty.

The problem is data lost when you migrate your website, so you can try one of below options:
1) Setup those terms and posts manually,
2) Follow the document I mentioned above to migrate your website
