You have closed my original tickets, but I want to let you know that the workarounds you suggested do not work... and I want to know if - 15 months later - the issue has moved up anywhere near the top of the development queue.
The Generatepress GP Premium developers say:
"Toolset probably only checks the_content for its blocks, so you would need to ask Toolset how to get it to check for a hooked in Element."
Here are my unresolved tickets:

Hello,
Which website are we talking about?
Please provide a test site with the same problem, fill below private message box with login details, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need a live website to test and debug, thanks
Thanks for the details, I am checking it in your website, will update here if find anything
You can use the Toolset content template block directly, for example:
Edit the content template "Template for Article new":
hidden link
At the bottom, add a content template block, display the specific content template: related-view
Test it in frontend:
hidden link
It works fine
Thanks for your reply. I am aware I can use views within the template area. I want to use a hook to display a view outside below the template area. I guess this is not possible.
Toolset Content Template is using WordPress filter the_content hook to display the result, it works only in the post content area.
Is there any special reason that you need to use a hook to display a view outside below the template area?
