Change author to User of specific Role
Started by: thomasB-2
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: The problem here is that the user created a custom author role but its not able to access the post type they want them to. Solution: It seems you will need to recreate this role and assign your users to this role. What I would recommend that you do is to create a new role and then allow the role to copy the permissions of your Default author role. Once you have done this then you can delete the previous role and it should allow you to select the new role to assign your users to. |

Woocommerce Archive Page with Site title area coming from Divi
Started by: thomasB-2
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: The problem is that i need an specific page for some additional taxonomies (Manufacturer, target-group) wich are added to Woocommerce products beneath the standard taxonomies product categories and tags. So i need for my both additional taxonomies a own taxonomy pag, without "destroying" it for the normal template pages? Solution: You can setup custom theme files for specific terms, see WordPress document: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/template-hierarchy/#custom-taxonomies taxonomy-{taxonomy}-{term}.php – If the taxonomy is sometax, and taxonomy’s term is someterm, WordPress will look for taxonomy-sometax-someterm.php. Page error on category archive page if no post was assigned to category
Started by: thomasB-2
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: The issue here is that the user was getting a fatal error on their site. Solution: What I would recommend that you do is to enable the wordpress debugging to know what this error is saying. Normally errors are caused by plugin conflicts so I would recommend temporarily disabling the non-toolset plugins. |

Problem: After updating Toolset plugins, a Content Template created with Divi is broken. The sidebar that was appearing on the right side is now below the main content. Solution: Check the markup of the page to eliminate any extra closing div tags. |

Problem: I am trying to create a simple post with the classic editor, I got in Test area only the title of the page as an link, but no content. Solution: The custom field "_views_template" is a feature of Views content template. Please edit the problem post, In section "Content Template", choose option "None", this will be able to disable Views content template for that post.
