Solution: Deactivate Elementor and Elementor Pro if you want to use Toolset Layouts. Deactivate Layouts if you want to use Elementor and Elementor Pro. The two systems should not be used together. The DOC uses a View listing Products (WooCommerce Products), but since Products are simply posts in the Post Type "Product", you can exchange that with any post type you want).
