Custom Post type sort order not working in the admin area

Problem: Our Plugin doesn't control the backend sorting. I suspect that this is a conflict of some sort so I would recommend that you temporarily disable all the non-toolset plugins and try again. |

Conditional testing whether a post has a parent
Started by: mariaA-6
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: I have CPT A and CPT B. CPT B is a child of CPT A. On the single post page for CPT B, I would like to use a conditional that tests whether the post has a parent from CPT A. If it does, I would like to display the parent's post title. If not, I do not want to display anything. Solution: [wpv-post-title] [wpv-conditional if="( '[wpv-post-id id='$city']' ne '[wpv-post-id]' )"]| [wpv-post-title id="$city"][/wpv-conditional] |

Two Post Types called “Post” in the post relationship panel
Started by: mariaA-6
in: Toolset Professional Support
Problem: When I edit a post type, there are two "Post" post types in the post relationship panels. Solution: The second post type appears to be added by the plugin "Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights". This is because the public label for the post type amn_mi-lite is "Posts", and the public singular name of that CPT is "post". Ultimately this would need to be resolved by the authors of this plugin. In the meantime, only use the first "Post" option here, which corresponds to the native WordPress "Post" type. |
