Problem:

On one site I want to present 15 drawings.

I want people to register with a form (username, email) and be able to comment with a text field of 1 to 15 drawings.

So that the different legends are inscribed under each of the drawings with the identifier and the date

Solution:

You can setup one-to-many relationship between post types "drawings" and "my-comments", then follow our document to display the related "my-comments" posts in single "drawings" post:

And you can setup a post form for creating new child "my-comments" post, and display it in single "drawings" post:
