Problem: I would like to import custom field options from a CSV file based on Italy's Regions, Provinces, and Cities.
Solution: Importing directly from a CSV file is not currently supported. Toolset Export / Import will allow you to export and import options based on a formatted XML document. If you are comfortable transforming a CSV file into an XML file, then might be possible to create an export file that includes a few options, then replace those existing options with your translated CSV information, then import those options back in using Toolset Import. This process is something we cannot assist with here in the forums.
Problem: I would like to use CRED to add custom field to each order.
Solution: The contents of the Order page are set by WooCommerce, so adding a CRED form here to control a custom field isn't something I can help with. If you can figure out a place to put the CRED form, I can help you create one that allows users to upload a custom file.
Problem: I have added all the WooCommerce billing fields to Types control, and I would like to use CRED to capture that information when a new User is created. I am unable to use a select type field for country and state.
Solution: It's not currently possible to modify the field type when you move a field into Types control. You would be required to use the correct two-letter abbreviations for Country and State as defined by WooCommerce. If you want to create custom select fields, you can use the cred_save_data hook to capture the selected values and store them in the billing fields.
Problem: I would like to use a CRED form to register Users. In that CRED form, I would like to be able to fill in the details for each User's billing information, which will be used by WooCommerce on the checkout page.
Solution: Once at least one User's billing information has been saved, you can instruct Types to manage WooCommerce's billing fields. Go to Types > User Fields and click User Field Control. Select all the fields that begin with "billing_". Then when you generate a new User CRED form, these fields will be included.
State and Country will be displayed as text input fields instead of select fields. You must include the two character abbreviation for State and Country.
If you want to use the data from the First Name and Last Name fields to populate the Billing First Name and Billing Last Name, you can simply hide the billing name fields using CSS. These fields will be automatically populated with the User's first and last names. If you want to modify that information, you can do that in wp-admin or with an Edit User CRED form.
