Tell us what you are trying to do? I have a Product Template the uses a custom field for the YouTube video. I inserted the YouTube block in the template and pointed it to the custom field. In the backend the YouTube video shows in the template but when I go to the front end all I get is a white box placeholder. I have tried both a URL field type as well as an embed field type without any different results...

Is there any documentation that you are following? Followed manual instructions.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

That is really strange. I would like to review your current setup first.

Can you please share problem URL and admin access details.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Ok I tested on my test site and the video field using the Toolset YouTube block works just fine.

Then I checked on your install and as soon as I deactivate the plugin "SiteGround Optimizer" the video field just works as expected. As you can see here: hidden link

Thank you, that is odd, because I thought I tried that. Do you happen to know which of the SIteGround Optimizer settings is interfearing with the Toolset Youtube block?

No - I just deactivate the "SiteGround Optimizer" plugin. In most cases it will be the minifying css or JS should be doing the trouble.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

Just a question which is the best custom field type to use for the Youtube Video block?

You can either use the "Embedded Media" which you are using currently or you can also try the URL block.
