Could you try the following steps:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/lost-in-maze-of-toolset-plugins-cant-register-w-key-provided-in-my-account/#post-1550493

If these do not work, I will have to contact the Systems administrators for further help on this

Please let me know if the steps work

Thank you!

Hi, tried but didnt work

I'm checking, please stand by...

I can see you something must have not fully worked with the steps I provided in the previous post because the same key as registered in 2020-03-17 is active on the site.
This means the old key was not deleted, and not regenerated.

Please try the steps mentioned.
I can also see it is still registered in the hidden link page, please make sure to unregister and create a new key

I am meanwhile also ensuring with the Systems team that we have no issues with the subscriptions.

If you already performed all steps, please waif for further news.

I had followed the steps above. After registering the new key, the message "you must have a valid subscription" still showed for the site key registered 17/3. I resolved this by unregistering my site at wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=commercial , then registering again using the same key. Thanks

Great.

Meanwhile, the systems team identified an issue that also was resolved now - it would have required to "check for updates again" once, hence, if this happens again, please try to press that button which then should resolve the issue.

I apologise for the inconvenience.
