[Resolved] You must have a valid subscription in order to get upgrades or …

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: Automatic updates are not working and I'm seeing an error that says my subscription is not valid.

Solution: Manually install the latest plugins, unregister the site, and delete the site key on toolset.com. Then create a new site key and register Toolset on your site again.

Hi, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Go to toolset.com/account/sites and delete the site key associated with this domain.
- Create a new site key for this domain. Copy the site key.
- Log in to your site's wp-admin and go to Plugins > Add New. Click the "Commercial" subheader to show the Commercial tab.
- Scroll down to the Toolset section and click "Unregister Toolset from this site".
- Register again using the new site key.
- If registration is successful, click "Check for Updates" and try to install the latest versions of any outdated plugins.

Please let me know the results of these steps.

Okay thanks, I'll be glad to take a closer look. Please provide login credentials for your site here in the private reply fields, so I can take a look in your wp-admin area.

Okay I unregistered the site, then registered the site again using a new registration key I created. Then I updated the Toolset plugins manually so you are up-to-date. Finally I unregistered the site. Please follow these steps again and let me know if your registration key is accepted:
- Go to toolset.com/account/sites and delete the site key associated with this domain.
- Create a new site key for this domain. Copy the site key.
- Log in to your site's wp-admin and go to Plugins > Add New. Click the "Commercial" subheader to show the Commercial tab.
- Register Toolset again using the new site key.

If this does not work, I'll need to get my Systems team involved to find out what's going on with your account.
