Yes - I login to admin section and I can see the issue.
I would say this is unique issue as I do not see any other users reported such issue. In order to minimixze the cause of the issue and to ensure there is no conflict between the plugins/theme you use:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
