Tell us what you are trying to do? I would like to have users edit their account. This worked up till now, the last three users get this error mentioned in the title.

Is there any documentation that you are following? The site exist already for some years and as said it always worked.

What is the link to your site? hidden link For login: hidden link

Hi Jos,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Would you mind providing the login details for the site so that I can check on this one for you ?

Also please send me a link to the page where the edit form appears on.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Jos,

Thank you for the credentials, however i'm not able to login as i'm not seeing the password.

I've enabled the private fields once more so that you can provide this.

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Jos,

Thank you for the information.

I checked on the issue for you and the problem seems to be that the roll that you want to edit wasn't selected.

I've tested this and selected the role of the user I created and it works fine. So i would suggest selecting all the roles that you would want the form to edit.

Thanks,
Shane

Shane, thanks so far. I am pretty confused. One of the three new clients (Julian) worked. The second (Ties) did not.

I have selected them in Access Control -> User forms. Where did you select the role of the user?

Hi Jos,

This is actually done on the edit page for the form itself. If you go to Toolset -> User Forms and then select your edit form, you can click the additional roles that you want the form to apply for.

Thanks,
Shane
