Hello,

After the latest toolset update I have noticed, that in all of my emails, where I have used dynamic tags like: {{contact.full_name}} the result set is "toolset toolset". I'm using Fluent CRM, but again this happened after I have updated toolset. It seems that you are using the same dynamic tags as Fluent CRM uses. hidden link

I have attached some screenshots.
Who should have to fix this, you or Fluent CRM?

Thank you,
Robert

Hello, I'll be glad to check this out but I'm not very familiar with the Fluent CRM system. It seems it is a paid plugin, so it would be best if I can log in, take a look at exactly how these templates are set up, and download a copy of the plugin so I can try to reproduce the issue in my local environment. Is it possible for me to log into the site and take a quick look? Private reply fields will be available here with for your next reply. I can install the WP Downloader plugin temporarily to download a copy of the CRM plugin as well so I have access to it locally.

Also, can you tell me if the issue presents in this email when it is sent to any contact, or only emails sent to a specific contact?

Okay I've been running some tests and I'm not sure I fully understand the issue so I'd like some feedback. On my own local site, I installed the FluentCRM plugins:
Fluent Forms
Fluent Forms Pro Addon Pack
Fluent CRM
Fluent CRM Pro
Types
Blocks

I created a new campaign and included the dynamic shortcode:

{{contact.full_name}}

I created a Contact using my own information and then sent a test email to myself, but I did not see "toolset toolset" in the dynamic content. Instead, I saw my own name. So back on your staging site, I tried the same steps. I created a test campaign and included the dynamic shortcode in the contents. I sent a test email to myself but instead of "toolset toolset", I saw "Cipi Pulpã". I realized I had not created a Contact using my own information in staging. So I created a Contact in the FluentCRM system using my own email address, and sent another test email to myself. This time instead of "Cipi Pulpã" I saw my own name appear, "Christian Cox".

Screenshots attached. So I'm not sure I understand what I need to do to reproduce the issue. Can you help? If you send a test email, does the problem occur there, or only in the actual emails sent by a scheduled process?

Hi Christian,

I'm really sorry that you have spent time with this. I think that I did a huge mistake. I have checked a contact that actually I have created with "toolset, toolset" for the name.

Everything works fine!

Sorry and thank you again,
Robert

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!

No problem, I'm relieved to know there isn't a complex conflict betwen the two plugins.
