Fields disappear when I turn on Yoast plugin

#1170761

Hi, please update your Types and Yoast plugins to the latest version. Then clear browser cache and test again. If the problem is not resolved, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Types and Yoast.
- Activate the default Twenty Nineteen theme.
- Test again. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and other plugins one by one until the problem returns
- If the problem was not resolved, please open the browser console and reload the page in wp-admin. Copy any error messages you see and paste them in your next reply.

Hi Christian. Realized this isn't just Yoast conflict, a conflict between Types and WordPress, but seemed to cause an issue with Yoast. I can use the latest version of Yoast but if I upgrade the WP past 4.9.9 and Types 3.1.2 it breaks repeating fields and the yoast interface on posts in admin. If I stay with those versions I'm ok, but can't upgrade and need to

This shouldn't be happening, and if it is we need to investigate in more detail. Can you provide login credentials here? I'll log in and take a look.

Christian, have you had a chance to look into this? The other support person is taking much too long to reply and I'm under a deadline.

Thanks

I'm checking on the test site and I can't see broken Yoast UI or broken RFGs UI. WordPress 5.0.2, Types 3.2.3, and Yoast 9.3 (all latest versions). For example here, when I edit this School:

...everything seems to be working fine. I can toggle panels in the Yoast interface, and I can open / close RFGs. Am I missing something? Where should I go to see the problem?

If you're still experiencing problems at the link above, please clear your browser cache and cookies, then log back in to wp-admin and test again.
