Hello! On one of my client sites there are CPT for "People" and one of the custom fields is a WYSIWYG field. Any content added/changed when the WYSIWYG field is in VISUAL mode does not save. Any content added/changed when the WYSIWYG field is in TEXT mode saves correctly.

All plugins and themes are up to date.

I am trying to: Save changes to a WYSIWYG field (in Visual mode)

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: n/a it's in the admin area (not on the front end)

I expected to see: The content get saved (in Visual mode)

Instead, I got: The content did not get saved (in Visual mode) however the content does save in TEXT mode.

Hi there,

From what I remember there was a general error in WordPress in the later version regarding the jQuery Migrate. Would you please install the plugin below and see if it fixes the issue?

https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

It is a plugin released by WordPress itself to mitigate the issue.

But if the problem persists, would you please kindly test the steps below?

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except Toolset and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

Thank you.
