This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
wysiwyg post fields not showing format in page using a layout template
Solution:
Old page was broken, re-create the new page and this will resolve the issue.

Hello Katie,

I have thoroughly debugged this issue in your live site and tried various things. I have found the reason causing this. These 2 pages with different layouts, both are showing correct <p> tags when we press enter and correct blockquote styles as well:

So the issue is in some old page which is somehow broken, as you can see above 2 pages are working good:

- Please re-create the new page where this problem is still appearing (like Walkshop page). This will resolve the issue.
- And if issue still occurs, re-create the layout as new.

Thank you very much for your help.
I have recreated the Walkshop page and it appears to be working properly. I just have to track down other pages whose formatting is not right!
