I just (finally) updated to Types 3.0.7 from 2.x.

Now when I create or edit a custom post that contains a custom WYSIWYG field, the WYSIWYG field doesn't look right. It won't let me switch between Visual and Text, and doesn't contain any of the normal WYSIWYG buttons. See attached screen shot – this is what I see when editing a post. Event Travel Info is a WYSIWYG field.

Hi Jesse

That's not expected.

Before anything else, can you try clearing the cache with a hard reload on the post edit screen and see if that helps.

Otherwise, please disable all plugins except for Types and try edit the post again to see if it works normally.

If not, switch theme to twentyseventeen.

If you see the WYSIWYG field shown normally it should be possible to work out if something is conflicting with Types by a process of elimination.

If it still doesn't display correctly after disabling other plugins and switching theme, let me know.

Thanks for the response. I was hoping this was something you had seen before. A hard reload and clearing of cache did not fix it. This is a really complex site so I may need to create a duplicate staging site in order to properly troubleshoot. I'll start that process and get back to you with more information.
