[Closed] WYSIWYG content are gone and not saving

This support ticket is created 3 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
Update a location field and i click save and all WYSIWYG fields are gone.

Instead, I got:
Blank fields

Update:
I rollback to 3.4.11 and it works again.

Hello and thank you for contacting Toolset support.

This issue is now reported to the developers and they are working to find a fix for it. This seems to happen with WP 5.8.1, and post types that use the classic editor.

It is happening to me using a post type that uses the Block editor

Hello again, I want to let your know that we have published an update(Types 3.4.14) that includes a fix for this issue. Please make a full backup and test it. Let us know if it fixes the issue for you.
