[Closed] wrong site registered

Tell us what you are trying to do?
use my production site proximaservicesgroup.com with the assigned key. i originally inadvertently entered the key onto a temporary staging site. that site has been destroyed and i only need the key to bruv see on my production site. can you release the key from the temporary staging site?
Is there any documentation that you are following?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

You should visit the "sites" page where you will find all the site keys you have registered with your account. You should delete the existing site key raw that you generated before and try to generate the new site key for your production site.

I followed your instructions and i now an getting this error when i paste in the new key into my admin panel:
Unable to register: Site key not matching

Can you please send me the site key you created as well as admin access details.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
