[wpv-current-user info="role"] Not displaying anything

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I need to display the current user's role but the shortcode [wpv-current-user info="role"] does not output anything. Is there some reason this wouldn't be working? Thanks.

I did some more troubleshooting and have discovered that the shortcode DOES return the user's role, but only for a few users here and there. The majority of users don't return any role even though they have one assigned.

Can you provide me with admin access to the site as well as the login for a user that role doesn't show ?

Secondly please point me to the page where you're displaying the user role.

Thank you for the credentials, however the login for the toolset account doesn't seem to work.

My developer was able to figure this out. There was an issue with the role stored for several of our users.
