Hi there,

This seems to be more of a WPML-related issue and you are welcome to open up a ticket in the WPML support forum.

I suggest that you check the points below:

1. Check if the translation job is stuck

Follow the steps mentioned below:

https://wpml.org/faq/translation-status-stuck-or-displaying-the-error-wpml-didnt-manage-to-translate-this-page/

2. Check if you have FORBIDDEN error

- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Support > Advanced Translation Editor Log"
- Click the Error Log link.
- Check if the top error in the table shows FORBIDDEN
- If yes follow the steps below:

- Make sure that you are logged in wpml.org.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Commercial (Tab)".
- Click the "Unregister" link to unregister WPML.
- Click the "Register WPML" at the right section of the screen.
- Click the "Get a key for this site" link annotated in the screenshot below.
- A new page will open up and the auto-generated key will show in pop-up.
- Copy the key and paste it into the "Site Key" input box annotated in the screenshot below.
- Click the "OK" button.

If the problem persists please contact WPML support as the 3 times error should be fixed first.

After fixing the WPML error, please do as follows:

- Go to your Dashboard > Pages.
- Open the edit screen of the original page. You should see a pencil/circle/gear icon in the sidebar options under the Languages section.
- Make a small change, for example, add an extra blank space at the end of a sentence/paragraph.
- Save it.
- You should now see that a circular arrow appears beside the 2nd languages links, this means that an update is required.
- Edit the translation again and save it up to 100% translated.

Thank you.
