Hi Massimo,

That is strange, could you send me a screenshot of the exact text as well as a screenshot of the widget that needs to be translated?

Thanks,
Shane

Hi Massimo,

As with our previous ticket could you try deleting and then re-scanning and translate it once more ?

Thanks,
Shane

I wanted to tell you that WPML's support tells me to create a different widget for each language.

see attached images ... I translate the string but it does not change anything.
I'm tired ... to translate the site I had to open many posts

you tell me to do a scan .... maybe I make a mistake.
tell me what you do for a scan

thanks

Hi Massimo,

Actually the WPML support would know how to better handle this so I would recommend using the methods they suggest there.

I can only advised base on basic training for WPML.

Thanks,
Shane
