Tell us what you are trying to do? I am trying to sellect a better template in toolset but I cannot select the option that I want because the systems does not recognize having the plugin WPML Media installed in the system and it is.
Is there any documentation that you are following? No
Is there a similar example that we can see? No that I know
Can you try the following procedure to install the WPML Media and fix the issue?
- Inside your wp-admin please go to Plugins -> Add New.
- Then click on the "Commercial" tab and click on the "Check for updates" button in the WPML section
- After that please select the WPML Media plugin in the list and then click on "Download" at the bottom of the grid.
- Go to the plugins screen and make sure it is enabled
Alternatively, you might be able to manually install it following the steps:
- Download the WPML Media plugin within your downloads page: https://wpml.org/account/downloads/
- Go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload
- Select the plugin you downloaded previously, install and activate it
Thank you, please give it a try and let us know how that goes.

Hello Mateus,
If you read my message, I talk about a plugin that it is installed but not recognized by toolset.
Attached you can see the plugin.
Can you please help any further?
Thanks
Can you please try to remove the old WPML Media plugin and add it again to see if it starts recognizing it?
If it doesn't work, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Our Debugging Procedures
I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to backup the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.
- Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
- If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link
Please, let me know if you need any additional details. Have a nice day.
