WPML Groups Tab - Creating first permission for languages freezes

This support ticket is created 7 years, 4 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Create my first permission for languages

I visited this URL:

I expected to see: Added permission

Instead, I got: A frozen screen with a spinning wheel. In the post type, there is nothing to choose from.

Hi Marcin,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Taking a look at this and your debug information it seems that this issue is being caused by a plugin conflict.

What I would recommend that you do is to temporarily disable all your non-toolset plugins and try again.

Please let me know the results of this.
