According this thread, to allow Admins see translated content requires a WPML Group to be created:
https://wpml.org/it/forums/topic/tradurre-la-home-del-sito-con-tema/
But Toolset Access should not control or alter what Admins can do, since all options to control Admins are greyed out, and an admin is always the highest role, it should not alter what an Admin can see or do either related to WordPress or WPML.
I need a copy of the site where this happens, and the access details of the user with which it happens, + the link to the page where I will see the issue.
But, I have another suggestion first that might change the situation:
- Try to create a new user with role admin and login with that user
- I see the issue happens only with the "Solo con la home page", which means, only with the Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Homepage set page. This is an archive, strictly seen, but still, it would be controlled by the page rules set in Access > Pages. WPML Group rules will win over those rules, but not for the admins. Hence it might be due to some other setting used to create the homepage?
- I understood from the other ticket with only the Theme and WPML things worked? Can you elaborate to me, if at any point of testing, things worked fine? This will allow me to start from there on an eventual local copy to see what will break it.
I activated a private reply, so you can submit me all data if required.

Ok, i made a TEST site: hidden link where you can make tests... same users.
Now I removed the WPML rule, and it's working!!!
Please, can you confirm here by closing the ticket as resolved, if it's solved?
If you continue to have issues with these WPML Groups, please let me know here.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
