We use WPML groups to restrict access to languages for all our users. We have a WPML group for each language and post type. Users added per WPML group to give them access to their languages.
After upgrading to v2.7.1 these users don't get access anymore. When I downgrade everything works just fine again.

Working version: v2.6.1
Broken version: v2.7.1

Kind regards
Joren

Hi, there was a known issue with WPML groups resolved in Access 2.7.2. Can you update to the latest versions of all Toolset plugins and test again?

Okay I'll be glad to take a closer look. Can you provide login credentials here for an admin-level User? I can log in and make a clone of your site using the Duplicator plugin, then run some additional tests locally. If the site is not online, I can work with a backup of your site database, and a backup of your plugins and themes folders.

Hi Christian, I'm afraid that's not possible we are under a very heavy NDA. I can provide the debug information if that would help?

You can provide debug information here. Please try the following troubleshooting steps as well:
- Deactivate all plugins except Toolset and WPML plugins. Make sure your plugins are all up-to-date, as well as your WordPress installation.
- Activate a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.
- Test again. If the problem is resolved, reactivate your theme and other plugins one-by-one until the problem returns.
- If the problem is not resolved, we will have to try to find another way to replicate the issue without sensitive data exposure.
