I am updating a website to latest plugins & themes, using Toolset & Salient Theme.
Our host is updating PHP to 8.2 shortly, and we have to make sure everything works.
Salient uses Wpbakery (Version 8.4.1).

The content template does not show when WPbakery mode is active, however the Wpbakery code is showing when I click stop using WPbakery. See screenshots.

Is there any quickfix to this? Would rather not try to recreate the content template.

Its on a local server, the live version without updates are still working.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - either I will require admin access details with the test site but as you shared, the site is hosted locally.

Can you please send me duplicator copy of your site:

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Ok I checked and the thing is that we offer compatibility with WP Bakery page builder.

The Salient theme uses a customised version of WPBakery, which we don't support.

I just checked with the WP Bakery page builder on our sandbox site and it works without any issue.

You can auto-login to the sandbox site using the following link:

And here is the text content tempalte I build using WP Bakery page builder and I can see the WO Bakery builder element works as expected:

I do not have any other solution for you. Maybe you want to switch the theme other then the Salient and use the standard WPBakery page builder plugin as I share with above sandbox site and you will see that there is no issue.
