I am trying to: get content to show in WordPress default visual editor.

I expected to see: WordPress default visual editor to work as per normal

Instead, I got: content missing from WordPress default visual editor and tinymce tools cannot be used after activating this Types plugin.

Wordpress version: 4.6

Hello,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

Taking a look at your debug information I noticed that you are running on php version 5.4

What I recommend that you do is to update your php version to atleast version 5.6 .

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane

Updated php version to 5.6.24 but it still does not solve the issue.

There is a js error shown in Firebug when I trying to edit the page in Visual Editor:
"Error: no such method 'instance' for menu widget instance"

#425666

Issue resolved.
It is due to how I had wrongly included the jquery datepicker js.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Hi, I seem to have a similar / same problem. When Types is activated the visual editor of WP doesn't work good, and the Divi Builder I use doesn't load.
Looking at the console I see this red message when loading a page or post on the back end:

load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery…:2 Uncaught Error: no such method 'instance' for menu widget instance

The Divi builder then is reduced to a sort of 'standard' colum in which noting is editable. On the front end however everything is there.

To add to my message this info:

WP 4.6.1

with DIVI 2.5.9

Types: 2.2.3
