This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Thank you Norman. I have been working in Chrome and still don't see it. However, I do see the toolbar in Firefox! Must be a Chrome issue. Have you run into that before or have any ideas why not working in Chrome?
This is working for me in Chrome browser. I noticed that you are using older version of Toolset Views plugins. Please take a backup and update ALL Toolset plugins to it latest official release. Or you can download it from your account: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Do either of these things in my WP-Admin make a difference?
CRED and WPML Integration plugin is enabled but not effective. It requires WPML in order to work.
Ocean Extra requires that you use OceanWP as your parent theme. Install OceanWP Now

>> This is not necessary, both themes are Toolset compatible.
Also try to check it by deactivating all third-party plugins (except Toolset) and switching back to the Default Theme (e.g. Twenty Sixteen theme) to see for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?
