Hi,
I have activated the WP Mail SMTP plugin but when I go to send the mails in a CRED form they are not sent.
All other reports on the website work without problems.
Regards

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

There is no other user reported such issue and I do not see any existing compatibility issue.

Can you please make sure that all SMTP settings are correct. If yes:

You may also try to add the email logging plugin and check if the emails are delivered correctly or not:
=> https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
=> https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-log/

Do you see any difference? If no:

Can you please share admin access details and problem URL where you added the form so I can run a test and see whats going wrong with your setup.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

We setup a test site where we installed the WP Mail SMTP plugin and configured the Gmail as mailer like your setup.

Here are the access details:

The SMTP plugin is configured to use Gmail as SMTP server.

Now, I have run a test with default post post type as well as custom post type created using Toolset and created Add and Edit forms and for both forms the email notification works. We got the emails either in the inbox or in spam when we submit the form (Add/Edit).

You may would like to try above setup.

The strange thing on your setup is that email logs shows that email sent successfully but actually when you check inbox or spam no emails are arrived.

The test site I shared above is using only Toolset + WP Mail SMTP plugin active.

In order to minimize the cause of the issue as well as to ensure there in no conflict:
Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes? - Do yo see any difference?

Can you please make sure your server is configured correctly or do not have any email blockages?
