WP All Import not working

This support ticket is created 6 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,

I am trying to import a .csv into my website. I want the .csv to fill the custom fields I made, but when I check the marker in the import to import it into the field group, I get an error message, which only says 'something went wrong'.

I am using the WP All Import plugin. Could you solve my problem?

Hi Chris,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

This seems as if the error is occurring on the WP All Import side. What I recommend that you do is to open a ticket with their support team for assistance with this one.

They should be better able to examine and let you know why you are getting this error while using the plugin.
