I am trying to: List all Pages in backend
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link
I expected to see: A list of pages
Instead, I got: An empty list

I tried to debug and deactivated many plugins one by one:
Toolset Types is the culprit. Deactivating it fixes the issue (but is no solution). Activating it again, makes the Pages disapear from the list again.

Hi,

Welcome to Toolset support. I understand that the issue is showing when Types is enabled, but I will need you to do a troubleshooting step on WPML first.

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Support > Troubleshooting (link)".
- Click the buttons annotated in the screenshot below one by one and wait for each button process to finish:

If the issue persists, I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

I will also need your permission to copy your website to our server for further investigation.

Thanks.

Thanks.

Christopher is on vacation. This is Minesh here and I will try to guide you further. Hope this is Ok.

I've news for you and our next level support had worked on the issue and the issue is we noticed that the problem appears to lie in a tax query erroneously being applied on the page and workaround to see the pages back is if you simply choose any sort option for the page (e.g. sort by the title or sort by the date) and apply the sort option then the pages magically re-appear (and then survive subsequent page reloads.

Can you please try that and check if that works for you.

Hi Minesh,

Yes, using a sort option fixes the "All Pages" view. This workarround also survives flipping through multiple pages.

Please don't overlook, that it doesn't fix the underlying structure. Reloading the unsorted "All Pages" view reveals the empty table again.

My issue is resolved. Thanks!
