It looks like they are being sent, but don't ever come in. I can use the forms on other sites that don't use toolset.
Is there a way to use toolset to gather information from my clients? If possible, I can use it instead of gravity forms or wp forms.
Hi, it's definitely possible to use Gravity Forms and Toolset together. I don't know of any systemic conflicts between the two systems, but there could be configuration issues causing problems. I'm not aware of any open issues with WP Forms either, but I'm not as familiar with that plugin. The fastest way to test if Toolset is the cause of this problem, I think, is to temporarily deactivate all Toolset plugins on the site and place the form somewhere you can submit it from the front-end. With Toolset deactivated, are the form submissions sent as expected? If not, then you know there is something else going on, and you might need help from the host company or one of the form plugin support teams.
If it works without Toolset, I'll be glad to take a closer look. Which form could I test on your site? How do I find them on the front-end?
As far as data collection in Toolset, we do offer Toolset Forms. It's a way to create or edit posts or Users, from the front-end of the site. You can also trigger automatic email notifications with Form submissions.
I deactivated all of toolset plugins and still didn't work. I'll contact support at my host and see if they can figure out the issue. Thank you so much.
