We are planning to have a selection of multiple taxonomies and would like to see if there is any way to display a view of related posts by the most taxonomies found, instead of the post date, or options a view has?

Hi James,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Unfortunately this isn't possible unless you use some form of custom code. The view can only be sorted by the available parameters in the sort criteria.

A complete custom solution would be needed in order to do this, which would be out of the scope of our support forum.

It would most likely involve getting the count of the taxonomy for each post and storing that in an array with the post ID and then sort that array and retrieve the posts based on that array.

Thanks,
Shane
